Yes we do! Our clinic is located at 711 E. Carefree Highway Suite #208 Phoenix, AZ 85085. However, our therapists only offer in person sessions certain days of the week. Please make sure to clarify when you schedule your initial appointment that you need an in person session. Otherwise, you will be scheduled for a virtual session.

Our office accepts:

  • BCBS (commercial only, no Medicaid)
  • Cigna
  • Aetna
  • UHC (ADHD evaluations and Neurofeedback only)
  • and Behavioral Health Options.

Insurance options may vary by provider, please make sure to verify your provider takes your insurance upon scheduling.

Note: For self-pay sessions, we can provide you with a superbill so that you may bill your insurance and get reimbursed for out-of-network rates if applicable.

Our Self-Pay fees are as follows:

  • $100-150 – 50 minute session (Masters Level Therapist)
  • $150-$250 – 50 minute session (Doctorate Level Therapist)
  •  $75 – 50 minute session (Masters Level Intern)

At Durand Healing and Wellness Center, we believe that all people should have access to quality mental health treatment regardless of financial ability. We are now a participating provider with a non-profit organization that provides mental health scholarships for those who are unable to afford services. A typical session ranges anywhere from 50-60 minutes depending on insurance coverage and individual need. The number of sessions needed varies widely and will depend on the client’s goals for treatment, willingness to comply with the treatment plan, and the reason for attending therapy.

Privacy is our utmost priority and licensed therapists are required by law to keep all sessions confidential. The only exception to this is when a client is found to be a danger to themselves or others.

Our clinicians use a safe and secure HIPAA compliant video platform for therapy services. You will be sent a link to easily connect on your phone or computer before the session begins. If you prefer, phone sessions are also an option.

Yes! Finding a therapist that is a good fit for you can sometimes be challenging. Contact us and schedule a free 15-minute phone consultation. This is not a therapy session, but you can use this time to discuss any questions or concerns you might have about the process.

Yes! We use a virtual EMDR software program that can be customized to meet your preferences. Many of our clients have strongly preferred virtual EMDR since it can be done in the comfort of their own home or in another safe space.

Yes, we do have a fluent Spanish speaking clinician.
